Telos Coffee is literally amazing. Its owners Tim and Melissa are some of the best most genuine people you'll ever meet. If you're looking for a really good cup of coffee, give Telos a try. The coffee is fantastic, and the quality is impressive considering how reasonably priced it is. They truly give the big-name coffee shops a run for their money. I had one of their blueberry specialty drinks the other day, and it was excellent. Beyond the coffee, the owners are great people who genuinely care about what they're doing. Highly recommend stopping by and supporting this local gem!
Telos Coffee is about more than just great coffee—it's run by some pretty great people, too! Can we customize the menu?
Absolutely! We offer a wide range of beverages and can tailor the menu to fit your event. If you have a specific request, let us know and we'll work with you to make it happen.
What types of events do you cater?
We cater weddings, corporate events, private parties, festivals, and more throughout the North Georgia and Atlanta area. Whether your event is intimate or large-scale, we've got you covered.
Can you set up outside?
Yes, we can! Our cart works both indoors and outdoors. For outdoor events, we can even provide a generator if no power source is available. Additional fees may occur.
What do you need to set up?
We just need:
- A flat, level space (at least 6x6 feet)
- A dedicated power outlet (unless a generator is required)
- Wheel-accessible entry to roll the cart into place
- A day-of contact person to direct us where to set up
Do you offer dairy-free or decaf options?
Yes! We provide dairy-free milk alternatives (usually oat) at no additional cost. Decaf is available on request for an additional charge.
What's included in your catering packages?
Every package includes a full espresso bar and/or specialty beverage setup, professional barista service, disposable cups and lids, straws, napkins, and a customizable drink menu.
Can you accommodate very large events?
Our capacity is usually around 150 guests. However, we can serve events of all sizes and will scale our service team and equipment to match the guest count. As the requested service time increases, so does our capacity!
What areas do you serve?
We cater throughout North Georgia, including Atlanta, Gainesville, Sugar Hill, Buford, Suwanee, Johns Creek, Cumming, Cleveland, Clermont, and surrounding areas. If you're unsure whether we can serve your location, just ask!
Do you require a deposit?
Yes, a 25% retainer secures your date and is non-refundable. The balance is due on the day of your event. The retainer is what reserves the date on our calendar, so we can turn down other bookings for it.
What is your cancellation policy?
Our retainer is non-refundable, and the rest depends on timing:
- More than 30 days before your event: you forfeit the retainer only
- 14 to 30 days before: 50% of the total is due
- Less than 14 days before: the full amount is due
- Need to move your date? We'll reschedule once at no charge, subject to availability
Is there a minimum booking?
No minimum guest count. Pricing is quoted per event based on guest count, service length and event type, rather than a fixed hourly or flat rate. So tell us what you're planning and we'll build a quote around it.
How long does setup and takedown take?
About 60 minutes to set up and 45 minutes to pack down. We arrive early so we're serving the moment your event begins, and we leave the space exactly as we found it.
How far in advance should we book?
We recommend booking at least 3–4 weeks in advance to secure your date, especially for weddings and large events. However, don't hesitate to reach out. We'll do our best to accommodate last-minute requests if we can.
